Course Drop Request – Spring 2025

Last day to DROP Course with “No Grade”:      Monday – Feb 17, 2025

Last day to DROP Course with “Withdraw (W)” Grade:    March 10th, 2025 (fees prorated)

Please download the Course Drop Form from the link provided below , complete all sections, sign and date it, and then send it to admissions@uofsa.edu with the subject line “Course Drop Request – Spring 2025”. 

Please ensure that the email is sent from your uofsa.edu email address. The course drop request will only be processed upon receipt of the form by the admissions department.
