Welcome to VIDURANEETI विदुरनीति, a unique course inspired by the timeless wisdom of Mahabharata’s Vidura, known for his strategic counsel and leadership insights. This course will help you navigate the corporate world with effectiveness, ethics, and success.
Vidura Neeti: (Vidura Neeti) Mahatma Vidura is well known among the great men who have explained the proper policy of the duties of the king and the subjects in the conduct of life given in the Hindu scriptures. ‘Vidura Niti’ is a very famous and extremely useful episode of Mahabharata, in which Mahamana Vidura Ji has explained many things to King Dhritarashtra that will bring welfare in this world and the next. Eight chapters of Udyog Parva from 33rd to 40th are related to this episode. There are also Sanskrit commentaries on Vidura Neeti.
Course Objectives
Vidura Neeti Mahatma Vidur is famous among the great men who explained the systematic policy of responsibilities of the king and the people in the conduct of life given in the Hindu scriptures. ‘Vidur Neeti’ of Mahabharata includes behavior, conduct, policy, morality, religion, means of attaining happiness and sorrow, decision of qualities and deeds that can be sacrificed and accepted, glory of renunciation, nature of justice, truth, charity, forgiveness, non-violence, friendship. Raj Dharma has been beautifully depicted by describing its symptoms, plight of the ungrateful, greed lessness etc. in detail. This book is useful for the unread, scholar, young, old, child, woman, ruler, subject, rich, poor, student, teacher, service person and every person who wants to build a pure and happy life. The meaning of the shlokas has been explained in very simple language. It is hoped that men and women of all classes and categories of India will benefit from this.

Dr. Patilu Srinivasa Krishna Reddy
Adjunct Professor
Dr. P. Srinivasa Krishna Reddy, at present, is a Faculty Member of MAIMT (Master in Ancient Indian Management Techniques) Unit of VedaVedanga Department of National Sanskrit University, TIRUPATI. He is a Commerce Graduate from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He holds two Master Degreees – M.A. Sanskrit (Darsanas as special subject) from Andhra University, and Acharya (Sahitya) from National Sanskrit University, Tirupati. He did his research on श्रीमद्रामायणे लोकवृत्तम् (Behavioral patterns of animate and inanimate elements in the Ramayana) and got his Vidyavaridhi (Ph.D) from Rashtriya Samskrit Vidyaapeetha, Tirupati. He holds a Diploma in Yoga from the Dept. of Yoga and Consciousness, Andhra University. He started teaching his juniors right from the time of his High School days. He taught many subjects in general and as a professional teacher, he taught Sanskrit and many other Sastras related to Sanskrit. As a faculty member in Sri Venkateswara Vedic University, and National Sanskrit University he taught subjects such as Ancient Indian Ecology and Ancient Indian Management. The Upanishads, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, ArthaSastra of Kautilya, Dharmasastras of Manu and Yajnavalkya, Panchatantra, BhagavadGita and other texts of Indian ancient Administration and Polity are being regularly taught by him
