Course Aim
This course introduces the foundational principles of Ayurveda, guiding both newcomers and those interested in natural wellness to apply Ayurvedic practices for holistic health and disease prevention. Through interactive sessions, you will explore key Ayurvedic concepts related to body constitution, diet, lifestyle, Pancha Karma, and natural remedies. Gain valuable insights into using Ayurveda to support vitality, manage stress, and balance mind, body, and spirit. Course Objectives
- To provide a foundational understanding of Ayurveda, focusing on balancing body, mind, and environment.
- To teach students about Doshas (body types) and how they influence health, behavior, and dietary needs.
- To introduce practical Ayurvedic techniques for daily routine, diet, and lifestyle adjustments that support prevention.
