Dr. Richard Osborn is the former president of Pacific Union College. For the last 10 years he has served as vice president of WSCUC, and he was the staff member who helped the UofSA through its eligibility application. He is a talented administrator, valued teacher and mentor, and there is no one more familiar with the policies and practices of the accrediting commission than Dick Osborn.
