Dr. Barry Ryan, has extraordinary higher education experience, having served five universities as president or chancellor, and two as the chief academic officer. He also has the J.D. degree and once served as Fellow at the U.S. Supreme Court working for William Rehnquist. Barry has served in leadership positions in professional and community organizations, including serving for six years on the WSCUC Accrediting Commission, including being elected by his fellow Commissioners to serve on the Executive Committee. Dr. Ryan is a warm, thoughtful, and highly regarded educational leader.
