Director of Development

Devender Narala, Director of Development, is a long time volunteer who supports the vision and mission of Silicon Andhra. He joined the Development team and will be working on raising funds for the University of Silicon Andhra to keep promoting initiatives on Indian Languages and Cultures, expanding Computer Science department and initiation of the School of Medicine.

He was the Vice-President of Silicon Andhra 2007-09. He was the SiliconAndhra ManaBadi San Jose Evergreen Coordinator for over 10 years and instrumental in starting the classes in Lathrop, CA in 2022. SiliconAndhra ManaBadi is a non-profit initiative to teach Telugu language to the students aged 4 years and above with over 10,000+ students in 35 states in US and 12 countries. Today the SiliconAndhra ManaBadi is a globally well known and is considered “IVY League” school for Telugu learning.

Devender has worked for the State Governments for over 30+ years, and now focused full time on University of Silicon Andhra Developmental activities.
